Florida State University / Ringling Museum
On-site scanning of over 5,000 rare circus posters in Oneida, Tennessee. Two-thirds of the posters are "one sheet" (42" x 28") and larger. High-resolution scans delivered on nearly 400 DVDs.

Stanford University East Asia Library
Retrospective conversion of 250,000 Chinese and Japanese items. The records will contain original script cataloging and will be a valuable addition to the RLG Union Catalog.

The Juilliard School, Lila Acheson Wallace Library
Digitize 4,300 pages from the Ruth Dana Collection of Franz Liszt sheet music. This collection, including mostly first editions, is bound into 13 volumes. The cover art is particularly valuable.

The British Library
A long-standing client with multiple projects, the latest consists of retrospective conversion of 20,000 Persian and Arabic titles using the RLG Union Catalog as the primary source database.

Cambridge University, Cambridge, England
Converting 216,000 pages of Guardbook catalog to digital images. These pages, measuring 13" x 17", are slightly over A2 size and were scanned at the library on overhead and large-format flatbed scanners. Backstage Library Works is creating electronic catalog records for each item in the Guardbook catalog.

University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign
Current projects include cataloging 1,500 children's books and manually upgrading 120,000 brief electronic catalog records.

The Library Company of Philadelphia
On-site scanning of lithographs from the Wainwright collection. Sizes ranged from 4"x6" to 30"x43". MARC records were created for each item.

Victoria and Albert Museum, London
Another Backstage client with multiple projects. The latest involved searching the Library's electronic main entry catalog against the print subject index to ensure complete subject access and an electronic record for every item in the collection.

University of Maryland Thurgood Marshall Law Library
High-speed scanning of reports to the US Commission on Civil Rights. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processing and creation of PDF searchable text files.
